The Data Controller — Develops Hungary Kft. — declares that any personal data it learns of through the Nimbli app or the https://nimbli.hu website is processed in line with applicable law, including the Fundamental Law of Hungary, Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and on freedom of information, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "GDPR").
We respect the personal data of our users, contractual partners and visitors to the Nimbli app and nimbli.hu. All data we receive is kept confidential and used solely for the performance of a contract, to meet a legal obligation, or on the basis of prior, informed consent.

Principles
We follow these principles when processing personal data:
- Lawfulness, fairness and transparency — we process data lawfully, fairly and in a way you can follow.
- Purpose limitation — we only collect data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
- Data minimisation — we only collect the data that is actually needed.
- Accuracy — we keep data up to date; inaccurate data is corrected or deleted promptly.
- Storage limitation — we only keep personal data for as long as needed.
- Integrity and confidentiality — we use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage.
Categories of data we process
We may process the following categories of personal data when you use the Nimbli app and nimbli.hu:
- Account data: email address, encrypted password, date the account was created and last logged in.
- Child profile: nickname or first name, age and chosen language, as supplied by the parent. We do not collect any other identifying data about children.
- Subscription and billing data: name, billing address, time and amount of the transaction, subscription type and expiry.
- Contact data: if you write to info@nimbli.hu or our social channels, we process your name, email and the contents of your message.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we process your name and email until you unsubscribe.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device identifier, browser type, operating system and anonymised usage statistics. We use these solely to operate, secure and improve our own service — never to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and never for advertising.
Tracking and advertising
We do not track you. Neither the Nimbli app nor nimbli.hu uses your personal data — including your account ID or device identifiers — to follow your activity across other companies' apps or websites, and we never link your data with third-party data for advertising purposes.
The Nimbli app contains no ads and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not share personal data with data brokers or ad networks. Because we do not track you, the app does not need to ask for tracking permission.
Legal bases
We process your personal data on the following legal bases (Article 6 GDPR):
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — providing the Nimbli service, managing your account, fulfilling your subscription.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — accounting records and tax compliance.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — newsletters and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — service security, fraud and abuse prevention, basic usage statistics.
Retention
We only keep personal data for as long as needed:
- Account data: until the account is deleted, or 3 years after your last activity — then anonymised or deleted.
- Accounting records: 8 years, as required by Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
- Newsletter data: until you withdraw your consent.
- Contact messages: until the purpose of the contact is met, at most 1 year.
- Technical logs: at most 12 months, for security purposes.
Data sharing and processors
We only share your personal data with third parties to the extent needed to operate the service, and only with contractual data processors. They are contractually required to keep the data confidential and to use it only for the purposes we set.

Your rights
You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

- Right to restriction — in certain cases you may ask us to restrict processing.
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format and pass it to another controller.
- Right to object — to object to processing based on our legitimate interest or to direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent — for consent-based processing, you may withdraw your consent at any time, going forward.
- Right to lodge a complaint — you may complain to the supervisory authority (see below).
Cookies
The nimbli.hu website uses cookies to function and to measure usage. Essential cookies are needed for basic functionality and may be used without prior consent. Non-essential (analytics, marketing) cookies are only used with your consent.
You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings; some features may not work as a result.
Security
We protect the data we process using appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption, access controls and regular security reviews, against unauthorised access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction. If a data breach occurs, we follow our statutory obligations and notify those affected as required.
Supervisory authority
If you believe our data processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or take the matter to court.

Changes to this policy
We update this Privacy policy from time to time. We will let you know about changes through the app and the website. The current version is always available at nimbli.hu/en/privacy.
