Acceptance
These Terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Nimbli mobile application (the "App") and the nimbli.hu website (together, the "Service"), provided by Develops Hungary Kft. (the "Provider"). By using the Service, creating an account or subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Nimbli is a subscription-based mobile application that offers hand-written, narrated audio stories for children aged 3–9, in Hungarian, English and German. The parent creates the account, sets up child profiles and decides which stories are available to each child.
The Service runs on iOS and Android devices. Some features require an internet connection; others are available offline once downloaded.

Account & eligibility
The Service is intended for use by children aged 3–9 under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Child profiles are created and managed by the account holder; children do not hold their own accounts and do not interact directly with the Provider.
To create and use an account you must:
- be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under your local law;
- register with a valid email address;
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- keep your password confidential — you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Subscriptions & pricing
Access to the full story library requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly and annual plans; the current prices are shown on nimbli.hu/en/subscribe and inside the App at the moment of purchase.
New subscribers may be offered a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will start automatically and the first payment will be charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payments & invoicing
Subscriptions purchased on the nimbli.hu website are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Card data is entered directly into Stripe's secure form; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Invoices for these subscriptions are issued and emailed to you as a PDF by Billingo Technologies Zrt.
Subscriptions purchased inside the App through Apple's App Store or Google Play are managed by those stores under their own terms and payment systems; Stripe and Billingo are not involved in those purchases.

Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time inside the App: Account → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date and we will not charge you again.
For website purchases, EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting playback of any story you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that this terminates your right of withdrawal, in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented by Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), § 29(1)(m).
Outside the 14-day withdrawal window we do not, as a rule, provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period, unless required by applicable law.
Content & intellectual property
All stories, audio recordings, illustrations, music, software and other content available through the Service are the property of Develops Hungary Kft. or our licensors, and are protected by Hungarian and international copyright law.
A subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the content for personal, non-commercial use within your household.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast, modify, decompile or otherwise exploit the content, nor remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.
Acceptable use
When using the Service you agree not to do any of the following. If you do, we may suspend, restrict or terminate your account with reasoned notice:
- use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive or harmful purpose;
- share your account credentials with anyone outside your household;
- attempt to bypass parental controls, age restrictions or other safety measures;
- interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Service (e.g. by reverse engineering, scraping or automated access).
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from or related to your use of the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in the law, in the Service or in our prices. The current version is always available at nimbli.hu/en/terms.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify you reasonably in advance through the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
Disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be heard by the competent Hungarian court. As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
